Shipping is included in the advertised product price for deliveries within New Zealand and Australia, unless a product page states otherwise.
Estimated delivery
Most AMGPlug performance parts are special-order items. Please allow an estimated 4–5 weeks for delivery after your order is placed. This timeframe is an estimate and may vary due to supplier processing, freight schedules, customs clearance, or delivery location.
Freight methods
Larger exterior components, including front lips and diffusers, are generally sent by economy sea freight. Selected smaller and lightweight items, such as spoilers, may be sent by air freight where available. We select the freight method that best protects the product and supports the expected delivery window.
Tracking and delivery
Tracking details are provided when they are available from the carrier. Please ensure your delivery address and contact details are correct at checkout.
Shipping damage and delays
Please inspect your order promptly on arrival. If an item appears damaged in transit, contact us at harmanlmk@gmail.com with clear photos of the item and packaging so we can investigate and assist. Nothing in this policy limits rights that apply under consumer law.
